This simple kefir pie recipe allows you to prepare a hearty dish without the hassle of long dough preparation. With a soft texture and juicy filling, they are perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.
Ingredients:
- kefir — 200 ml
- flour — 150 g
- salt — 1/2 tsp
- baking soda — 1/2 tsp
- sugar — 1/2 tsp
- cabbage — 200 g
- eggs — 2 pcs.
- onion — about 50 g
- vegetable oil — for frying
Preparation:
Fry the onion in a pan until golden, then add the cabbage and sauté until soft. Let the filling cool and mix it with chopped boiled eggs.
In a separate bowl, combine kefir, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Add flour and knead a soft dough. Incorporate the prepared filling, distributing it evenly.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Spoon the mixture to form small pies. Fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve the finished pies hot — they are soft inside and crispy outside.
