Several schools in Riga will be renovated this summer. Which ones? 0 17

According to the external communication department of the Riga City Council, renovation work will take place at the Riga Ilguciems Primary School located at Dzirciema Street 109, and at the Riga Arkadijas Secondary School located at Melnsila Street 6.

The total cost of the work will amount to 884,000 euros, including a loan of 795,600 euros and municipal funding of 88,400 euros.

Phased restoration work on school buildings is also planned at the Riga 25th Secondary School located at Rushonu Street 6, and at the Riga Northern Countries Gymnasium located at Paula Leina Street 12. The total cost of the project is 831,000 euros, including a loan of 747,900 euros and funding from the Riga municipality of 83,100 euros.

Meanwhile, the establishment of educational centers in the field of natural sciences and technology is planned at the Riga 85th Secondary School located at Purvciema Street 23A, and at the Riga Darzciems Secondary School located at Sesku Street 72, totaling 1,032,000 euros. This includes loans amounting to 928,800 euros, with co-financing from the Riga municipality of 103,200 euros.

The implementation of investment projects is overseen by the property department of the Riga City Council.
