The scandal surrounding Gradsky's inheritance is gaining momentum: paternity of the child is being contested

The dispute over the multimillion-dollar inheritance of Alexander Gradsky continues to gain momentum. The musician's widow Marina Kotashchenko and his ex-wife Olga Gradskaya are both claiming the property. Both parties have children from the artist, which makes the situation particularly complex.

At this stage, the court ruling has favored the first family. As reported by lawyer Shota Gorgadze, representing the interests of Olga Gradskaya and her children, initially the "new family" was entitled to about 70% of the inheritance. However, after the case was reviewed by the Second Cassation Court, this figure was significantly reduced — now the widow owns approximately 30%.

Thus, about 70% of the property has passed to the first wife and the older children of the musician.

Nevertheless, the conflict is far from over. Representatives of the first family intend to seek further review of the case. In particular, it concerns contesting the paternity of Marina Kotashchenko's younger child. According to the lawyer, the plaintiffs have doubts about the biological relationship.

In addition, the lawyer does not rule out possible criminal claims related to the alleged illegal disposal of part of the inherited property.

Recall that Alexander Gradsky passed away in 2021 at the age of 72. The cause of death was ischemic stroke.
