The father of the late Janis Timma criticized Anna Sedokova's behavior after the tragedy.
According to the man, the singer did not express condolences to the family, did not help with the funeral arrangements, and the monument to the athlete was erected with funds raised by the public. He also stated that Anna, in his opinion, did not feel genuine emotions for either Janis or his son Kristins.
“She hasn’t communicated with me since November 2021. I think it doesn’t even occur to her to contact me. <...> I don’t follow her social media. To me, she is a failed artist. And I also know what she is afraid of. I have nothing more to add,” he said in an interview with “MK.”
Timma's relatives do not believe in the official version of his death and insist on continuing the investigation in Latvia. In Russia, a criminal case has not been initiated. The basketball player, let us remind you, passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 32.
