There are dishes that instantly create a mood: the kitchen fills with the aroma of citrus, the warmth of spices, and a sense of home comfort. We offer a recipe for chicken with oranges — a simple yet impressive option for both a weekday evening and a festive table.
Oranges in the recipe not only add sweetness and aroma. Thanks to their acidity and essential oils, they perfectly balance the fatness of the chicken, making the meat juicy and the skin crispy and golden.
