Ingredients:
- Egg — 1 pc.
- Sour cream — 3 tbsp.
- Salt — a pinch
- Baking powder — ¼ tsp.
- Flour — 2 tbsp.
- Hard cheese — 50 g
Preparation:
- In a bowl, whisk the egg with sour cream and a pinch of salt until smooth. Add the baking powder and flour, mixing until the batter is liquid, like for pancakes.
- Heat a skillet and grease it with a small amount of oil. Pour half of the batter and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- On the cooked pancake, place grated cheese and immediately pour the remaining batter over it. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until the top sets and the cheese completely melts.
- Flip the khachapuri and fry for another minute on the other side. Serve hot, cut into portioned pieces.
