According to the specialist, pillowcases require more frequent replacement than other bedding elements. Cosmetologists and dermatologists recommend changing them every two days, and if possible, even daily. Nazarenko fully agrees with this practice.

For people without chronic diseases, bed linen can be changed once a week. However, for those who suffer from frequent illnesses, such as tonsillitis or angina, it is better to change the bedding every two to three days.

"I believe that a healthy person can change their linen once a week, while those with chronic illnesses should do so every two to three days. It depends on the person's condition. Overall, I agree with the recommendations of dermatologists and cosmetologists that this is indeed what should be done," emphasized the doctor.

Frequent changing of bed linen helps maintain cleanliness, prevents the proliferation of bacteria, and reduces the risk of allergic reactions, making sleep more comfortable and safe.
