If you want to prepare a hearty and simple dinner for the whole family, this recipe with chicken fillet in the oven is perfect. Minimal preparation and maximum flavor!
Ingredients:
- Pasta — 250 g
- Chicken fillet — 300 g
- Tomatoes — 250 g
- Sour cream — 150–180 g
- Water — 250 ml
- Salt, pepper — to taste
- Any herbs — optional
- Cheese — 100 g
- Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
- Place the durum wheat pasta in a dish greased with vegetable oil.
- Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and evenly distribute it over the pasta.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, water, salt, pepper, and dried herbs (for example, parsley or dill). Pour this mixture over the dish with pasta and chicken.
- Cut the tomatoes (cherry or regular) in half and place them on top.
- Cover the dish with foil or a baking bag and place it in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove the cover, sprinkle the dish with cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
