For a morning boost of energy and freshness, you don't have to drink coffee — you can prepare a simple and healthy cucumber-lemon drink.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber – 1 piece
  • Lemon – half
  • A few sprigs of mint
  • Water – 1.5 liters
  • Ice to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the cucumber and lemon.
  2. Add the mint and pour everything with water.
  3. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1–1.5 hours.
  4. Before serving, pour into a pitcher and add ice.
