Cooking Quick Korean Pancakes with Canned Tuna

Serve the pancakes with rice, complemented by ketchup or soy sauce, or use them to make burgers.

Ingredients

  • Onion - ¼ piece

  • Carrot or sweet pepper - 30 g

  • Garlic - 2 cloves

  • Green onion - a few stalks

  • Canned tuna - 200 g

  • Cheese - 30 g

  • Eggs - 2 pieces

  • Flour - 2 tbsp

  • Salt - to taste

  • Ground black pepper - ¼ tsp

  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the vegetables and herbs. Mash the tuna. Grate the cheese.

  2. Mix everything with the eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Spoon the batter into the pan, forming pancakes. You should get about 6 pieces.

  4. Fry the canned tuna pancakes for 2–3 minutes on each side.
