Serve the pancakes with rice, complemented by ketchup or soy sauce, or use them to make burgers.

Onion - ¼ piece

Carrot or sweet pepper - 30 g

Garlic - 2 cloves

Green onion - a few stalks

Canned tuna - 200 g

Cheese - 30 g

Eggs - 2 pieces

Flour - 2 tbsp

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - ¼ tsp

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Preparation

Finely chop the vegetables and herbs. Mash the tuna. Grate the cheese.

Mix everything with the eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Spoon the batter into the pan, forming pancakes. You should get about 6 pieces.

Fry the canned tuna pancakes for 2–3 minutes on each side.
