Spéirling Pure всем скоро покажет.

Driving upside down will be the domain of elite racers.

The British company McMurtry Automotive is preparing to launch the phenomenal hypercar Spéirling Pure into production, which promises to rewrite the laws of physics on racetracks. Ten years of development, over 5000 kilometers of prototype testing, and more than two dozen patents have culminated in this car, capable of accelerating to 100 km/h in a fantastic 1.55 seconds — faster than many Formula 1 cars.

The secret to its mind-blowing dynamics lies in two powerful fans spinning at 23,000 RPM. They generate downforce of 2000 kg, literally gluing the single-seater to the asphalt, aided by its modest weight of 1300 kilograms.

Thanks to the absence of massive wings that create aerodynamic drag, the 1000 hp is used exclusively for acceleration, allowing it to reach a top speed of 305 km/h. Its compact wheelbase and electric powertrain make the Spéirling Pure incredibly nimble on twisty tracks, as already proven by records at the Goodwood Festival and tests by Top Gear.

Production will start at a new factory in Wotton-under-Edge, with the first unit expected to find an owner by the end of 2026. The price of the car reflects its capabilities — 1,340,000 dollars excluding delivery and taxes.

The nearly 2700 square meter production site will not only facilitate the assembly of the hypercar but will also serve as the base for a new division that will focus on commercializing McMurtry's technologies in batteries, powertrains, and, of course, the revolutionary downforce generation system.
