The iOS leak pointed to new iPhone features — "Health+" and improved Siri.
iOS 26 has revealed dozens of new features for Apple’s operating systems (OS). This was reported by MacRumors.
Journalists explained that mentions of new features were found in the code of the beta version of iOS, which was uploaded on a prototype iPhone with the unreleased iOS 19. Experts studied the leak and called it one of the largest in recent years. According to them, the iOS code reveals features that will appear in the OS for iPhones in the coming years.
For instance, a paid service called "Health+" was mentioned, which will launch in spring 2026. A real-time subtitle creation feature, new capabilities for the voice assistant Siri, notifications for the virtual wallet Wallet, and a function for sharing user payment data between applications were also discovered.
Some options are described briefly — it is indicated that they will appear in iOS in 2027 and 2028. Apparently, they will be related to the medical functions of Apple devices. The iOS code also revealed mentions of an unknown smart home device — possibly a camera, a second-generation smart beacon AirTag, or new AirPods that will be released in spring 2026.
