She noted that traditionally, windows are cleaned by workers on scaffolds, which poses risks to people. Singapore has begun testing drones for cleaning the facades of high-rise buildings.
"This process involves various stages related to the use of water pressure and solvents," Xuelin specified. She added that before implementing the technology, authorities will study feedback from residents and calculate costs.
