The Lamborghini Revuelto will make future owners scratch their heads.

Apparently, the design of the Lamborghini Revuelto was developed with the aim of defying the laws of physics. Here, aerodynamics dictates the rules of the game, shaping the forms — designers and engineers likely searched for a compromise for a long time, but it has definitely been found. The car resembles a transformer robot, capable of transforming thanks to the Y-shaped backlighting of the LED optics and the complex dynamic cuts of the huge air intakes. Revuelto looks unlike anything else. It appears as if it was created by the developers of Cyberpunk 2077: jagged edges, a formidable aerodynamic body kit, an open engine compartment.

The comparison with the Aventador is inevitable — both in numbers and in sensations. The Revuelto is 2.5 cm taller, 15 cm longer, and almost 200 kilograms heavier — 1772 kg compared to 1550 kg of the Aventador Ultimae. But it is also more powerful and faster. The image seems denser, more compact, and fiercer.

Everything here is calculated to the millimeter — from the shape of the rear diffuser, which almost touches the tires, to the contoured roof designed to improve downforce.

The interior of the Revuelto may seem quite ascetic. Where we have become accustomed to huge screens, touch panels, soft seats with massage, and ambient lighting in all the colors of the rainbow, Lamborghini remains true to itself — minimal excess, maximum emotion.

Everything here is subordinated to sporty ergonomics. The architecture of the interior is recognizable — the same sharp lines, the windshield is inclined at such an angle that it seems to merge into the hood. The seating position is incredibly low, but unlike the Aventador, there is now more headroom and legroom.

There are plenty of technologies, though they are not immediately obvious. In the center is an 8.4-inch touchscreen, opposite the passenger is a separate 9-inch display, and in front of the driver is a digital instrument panel. Notably, you can drag the necessary functions between the screens. You haven't seen anything like this before!

The steering wheel resembles a yoke in an airplane cockpit. Buttons, switches, toggles — in the first few minutes, your eyes just wander. Where are the driving mode settings, where is the control for the adaptive rear wing that changes geometry and alters downforce? It's not easy to figure it out at first glance: it seems the new owner will have to study the user manual closely.

There are also a couple of nice surprises: behind the seats and under the 'floating' central console, there is a small storage compartment. A small detail, but for Lamborghini — almost a revolution. The Italians have decided that a bit of practicality won't hurt even a supercar.

And, of course, the start button hidden under a red cover. The car seems to ask if you are really ready to awaken the beast?

The main rearrangement occurred under the body panels. Lamborghini has finally decided on a hybrid — not for the sake of economy, but for dynamics. Three electric motors plus a conditionally new 6.5-liter V12, which the engineers turned 180 degrees and connected to an eight-speed dual-clutch 'robot'. The gearbox is now located behind the engine.

The drive is all-wheel, but implemented in an unusual way. The front wheels are driven by two electric motors, while the rear wheels are powered by the V12 and a third electric motor.

All this action starts in the quiet Città mode. The silence at the start reminds you that a tiny 3.8 kWh battery is hidden under the floor. It is enough for 8–10 km of pure electric drive. By the way, the car does not have a reverse gear in the direct sense of the word. Reversing is only possible on electric power.

Switch to Strada — and the twelve-cylinder monster awakens: 825 hp of power, 725 Nm of torque, a roar at high revs — it all sounds as if there is no hybrid at all. The total output of the units is 1015 horsepower, allowing the car to reach the first hundred in 2.5 seconds and achieve a peak speed of 350 km/h. Perhaps this is the main thing — that very touch of madness for which we love the Italian brand.
