Jannik Sinner won the ATP Finals, defeating Carlos Alcaraz. The Italian has a unique achievement

The world’s second-ranked player from Italy and four-time Grand Slam champion Jannik Sinner defeated six-time major winner and world ranking leader Spanish Carlos Alcaraz in the final of the ATP Finals 2025 — 7:6 (7:4), 7:5.

The match lasted two hours and 15 minutes. Sinner served eight aces, made five double faults, and converted the only break point.

Sinner defended his title at the ATP Finals. In last year's final, he defeated American Taylor Fritz.

Jannik became the first tennis player in history to win the ATP Finals twice in a row without losing a set.

The trophy in Turin was Sinner's 24th career title and sixth of the season. Previously, he won competitions in Paris, Beijing, Vienna, as well as Wimbledon and the Australian Open.
