One of the leaders of the National Alliance, Jānis Dombrava, commented on the latest statistical data regarding the number of Russians residing in our country on the social network X.

"Since the National Alliance achieved amendments to the Immigration Law, the number of Russians has decreased by 11,858 (official data from the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs). Mainly, these were individuals hostile towards the state," stated the Saeima deputy. In response, some commentators noted that the departed have already been 'replaced' by citizens of third countries, who pose a greater threat to Latvia.
