The Balvi Regional Council will receive €38,300 from the sale of several real estate properties, according to decisions made at the council meeting this week, LETA reports.
The results of the auction for the sale of real estate at Abrenes Street 19 in Vilyaka were approved at the meeting. A plot of land measuring 3,136 square meters, a sauna of 147.6 m², and a shed of 39.5 m² were sold for €8,500.
A one-room apartment of 28.8 m² on Daugavpils Street 41 in Balvi was sold for €6,300.
An apartment of 39.9 m² on Pansionāta Street in Celmene, in the Kubula municipality, was sold for €5,100.
The results of the auction for the sale of the "Chagu lauks" property in Viksne municipality were also approved. The municipality will receive €11,400 for a plot of land measuring 4.49 hectares.
Additionally, a plot of land measuring 3.56 hectares, part of the "Nastras" property in Susai municipality, was sold for €7,000.
