Almost a hundred will be granted Latvian citizenship: 70% of them are Russians

The Cabinet of Ministers on Tuesday supported the granting of Latvian citizenship to 86 individuals.

The majority, or 70% of the applicants, are Russians, 9% are Belarusians, 7% are Ukrainians, and there is also one Brazilian, Armenian, Chinese, Jew, Macedonian, and Lithuanian.
