On Tuesday, the weather in Latvia will remain unstable. Rain is forecasted in most parts of the country, with heavy downpours and thunderstorms in some areas, while in certain regions of Kurzeme, the wind will strengthen.

According to meteorologists' forecasts, precipitation is expected in most parts of the country on Tuesday. Many areas will experience short-term rain, which may be heavy at times and accompanied by thunderstorms.
Residents of Vidzeme and Latgale will have the best chances of seeing the sun, as clearer skies are expected more frequently than in other regions of the country.
Air temperatures will remain moderate for mid-June. During the day, thermometers will rise to +14...+19 degrees.
For those planning trips or outdoor work, it is advisable to consider the possibility of sudden downpours. In some places, precipitation may be intense despite periods of sunny weather.
The wind will mostly be weak, blowing from the west and southwest. However, in the afternoon, a strengthening of the western and northwestern wind is expected in Southern Kurzeme. Gusts may reach 14–18 meters per second.
In Riga, rain will also occur periodically throughout the day. Thunderstorms are not excluded. The maximum air temperature will be around +17 degrees.
The cause of such weather remains an area of low atmospheric pressure, which continues to affect the Baltic States.
Meteorologists recommend taking the changeable weather conditions into account when planning the day: an umbrella may be useful in almost any part of Latvia on Tuesday.
