Where to Escape the Hustle
Riga residents will be taught the technique of qigong. Participation is open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Qigong combines slow, smooth movements, breathing exercises, and meditation, helping to improve both physical health and emotional balance.
Classes are conducted by certified instructors. The duration of one lesson is 60 minutes. Group size is up to 15 people. Classes take place in various districts of Riga.

Children and youth are also invited to free roller skating classes in Riga.
As is known, roller skating requires certain skills. Under the guidance of instructors, participants will master: basic skills, proper braking techniques, etc.
Group size is up to 15 people, and the duration of one lesson is 60 minutes. Each participant will be provided with everything necessary for the classes.
One person can attend up to 10 classes.

Family Celebration
On the occasion of International Family Day, on Saturday, May 16, from 12:00 to 16:00, a sports and entertainment event will take place on the Main Stage in Mezaparks – both indoors and outdoors.
There will be sports activities as well as various creative workshops for participants of different ages, along with performances by musicians.
