There will be a light wind. The air temperature during the day will be +8...+12 degrees, only in some coastal areas will it not rise above +5 degrees.

In Riga on Saturday, there will be predominantly clear skies with no precipitation. The wind will be light. The air temperature at sunrise will drop to -2 degrees, in some suburban areas - to -6 degrees. During the day, thermometers will rise to +10 degrees.

According to the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre, the lowest air temperature recorded in Latvia on March 21 was -29.9 degrees in 1963 in Daugavpils, while the heat record was set in 1938 in Mersrags and Riga at +17.9 degrees.
