This time, the team of the show visited the Purvciems neighborhood in Riga. More attentive viewers noticed how difficult it was to get responses in Latvian.

Mic: Taken out of context. In Purvciems, most people speak Latvian, but they edited in the illiterate. I spent most of my life in the 'Mēbeļu nams' area, everyone there speaks 2–3 languages.
Gatis: I don’t know about you, but it seems abnormal to me.
Kārlis: I’m surprised that anyone is surprised by this. This is the REALITY of Riga and beyond. There are plenty of disloyal Russians in Latvia, across all age groups. And Latvians keep insisting that "knowledge of the language is wealth."
Juris: Wasn’t there some researcher who established that 95% of Russians speak Latvian? How do TV shows always manage to find those same 5%?
Linda: What is this? The humorous LTV show 'Vatniks'? A new Netflix series 'The Non-Integratables'? A Hollywood horror movie 'Interview with the Occupant' or a drama 'One Flew Over the Ork's Nest'? It can’t be that this is reality.
