The day will be mostly cloudy, however, significant precipitation is not expected. Also, in some areas, fog will persist throughout the day. With a light to moderate southern wind, the maximum air temperature will range from 0 to +4 degrees.
In the capital, the day will be cloudy and dry, with a light southern wind. The air will warm up to +1...+3 degrees.
