The Jūrmala municipality is offering five land plots at auctions that will begin on November 21 at 13:00, with a total starting price of 1,270,377 euros, reports LETA, citing a publication in the official publication Latvijas Vēstnesis.
The Jūrmala administration is putting up for electronic auction with an increasing step a plot located at Asaru Avenue 21, Jūrmala, with a total area of 3,541 square meters, which includes a forest area. The starting price for the second auction is 253,214 euros.
The forest area is also located on a plot of 3,541 m² at Birzes Street 10. The starting price for the second auction is 266,377 euros.
With a starting price of 16,560 euros, a plot located at Garkalnes Street 2a with an area of 1,383 m² is being offered at the second auction.
The starting price for the plot located at Viestura Street 15a, with a total area of 5,704 m², is 278,800 euros.
At the third auction, a property located at Smilšu Street 7, consisting of several buildings and a land plot of 1,471 m², is being auctioned. The starting price for the auction is 455,426 euros.
The auctions will conclude on December 22 at 13:00.
