Dmitry Dibrov talked about how he tries to raise his sons without a cult of luxury. The television host put his eldest son Alexander behind the wheel of a Ferrari for the first time, explaining this unusual pedagogical method — according to him, this way the child gets used to expensive things from childhood and will not be obsessed with them in the future.
Dmitry Dibrov shared an unusual approach to raising his son during a family event. The television host admitted that he decided to give Alexander a kind of 'vaccine against luxury' by allowing him to sit behind the wheel of an expensive sports car for the first time.
"If the devil tries to tempt him with a Ferrari, he will say: I’ve seen this since childhood," Dibrov explained with a smile.
Judging by the boy's reaction, it was indeed his first time behind the wheel of a sports car. The television host even jokingly suggested to his son to drive the Ferrari to Rostov — his mother's hometown.
Recently, Dibrov also reflected on parenting and his attitude towards publications about his family. According to the television host, he does not restrict his sons' internet use and believes that the most important aspect of parenting is setting a personal example.
Dmitry admitted that he is now much more involved in his children's lives than he was in his youth. While his career and television used to take up most of his time, he now strives to personally participate in raising his sons and spend as much time with his family as possible.
The television host has six children from different marriages. His most well-known family remains with Polina Dibrova, with whom he has three sons — Alexander, Fyodor, and Ilya.
Dmitry Dibrov increasingly speaks about raising children and family values, emphasizing that he tries to raise his sons without dependence on status and expensive things. The television host is convinced that what matters more is not luxury itself, but a person's attitude towards money, success, and their own life principles.
