Flo Wells, the owner of Felicity Wells Hair Salon in England, named the most annoying habit of clients. Excerpts from her interview with SumUp are quoted by The Sun.
According to the specialist, the most unpleasant moments for her are when visitors start moving their heads during a haircut or coloring. "I ask clients to lower their heads, but as soon as they start talking, they lift them up without even realizing it," the expert stated.
At the same time, Wells noted that she does not mind if visitors bring their laptops and work on them or take important calls.
