Ну чем они не пара.

The highlight of the house is an open terrace of 80 square meters.

37-year-old actor Alexander Petrov and his 24-year-old wife Victoria became parents last spring. Their son Fyodor was born on April 9. After the birth of their first child, the artist decided to find a larger home for his family.

The actor already had luxurious real estate - a two-level townhouse in the center of Moscow, where Petrov previously lived with his ex-girlfriend Stasya Miloslavskaya. Stasya personally furnished the luxurious apartment: she chose the furniture and hung the paintings.

Victoria categorically refused to move into the nest where Sasha was once happy with his ex. Therefore, Petrov decided to solve the problem radically: he bought a new house for his young wife. The magnificent mansion, with an area of over 500 square meters, is located in the Ilyinsky Hills village, between the Novorizhskoye and Rublevo-Uspenskoye highways, 39 kilometers from the MKAD.

A video has appeared online in which the artist showcases his new home. Alexander does not disclose how much he paid for the elite property. Prices for mansions in the village start at 55 million rubles and go up to 145 million rubles (from 600 thousand to 1.5 million euros). However, judging by how the artist praises his future home, he may have received a significant discount for the publicity.

In the video, Alexander admitted that he had long dreamed of his own house. His new mansion has four bedrooms, a sauna, a hammam, an office, and a living room with a fireplace.

The highlight of the house is an open terrace of 80 square meters, the size of a good three-room apartment. You can access it directly from the office. According to the artist, the view from the terrace inspires him to create and think about new achievements.

"Here, somehow, thoughts start to work differently. When you come in here — immediately inspiration: 'I need to come up with something cool here! I need to do something cool here!,'" Alexander confessed.

Another feature of the house is the sauna, located right on the first floor. According to Alexander, he initially wanted to set up a bathhouse. But then he changed his mind.

"I thought: if the bathhouse is separate, I will go there alone, and Vika with Fyodor will stay in the house. And what? I will be sitting all alone? It became sad. We talked, and Vika agreed: we made a sauna in the house on the first floor. It's great: you steam, come out - and the whole family is nearby. Have some tea, talk. No need to go anywhere," Petrov says.

The artist reported that he and his young wife do not yet live in the new house but plan to move in soon.

"We don’t live here yet, but it will happen very soon," Alexander assured.

The artist and his young muse got married in the fall of 2023 just a few meetings after they met. According to Alexander, he made the proposal spontaneously, in the yard of his country house. Petrov didn’t even have time to properly prepare for this romantic moment. Instead of a wedding ring, he gave his future wife a twig he had picked from a tree.

"There was no ring; I cut some twig and said: 'Listen, marry me.' She said: 'Yes, okay.' I just realized that I needed to do it now. And tomorrow — go get married. That's it," Petrov said on the show "OK on the line!".
