The apartments in the elite residential complex "Filippovsky" can already be seen on real estate sale websites. At the same time, at one time, Filipp Kirkorov purchased the property for a much larger sum.
In the early 2000s, the pop king bought a four-room apartment next to Alla Pugacheva. The transaction amount at that time was 356 million rubles. Filipp Kirkorov was very proud of his cozy nest, which had been renovated with expensive designer finishes.
The interior featured the best materials and unusual solutions: Murano glass chandeliers, furniture from Versace (the musician paid 642 thousand rubles for each chair in the dining room and 1 million 374 thousand rubles for a glass dining table) and Cavalli, dressers from Roberto Ventura, velvet finishes, gold, and Swarovski crystals. A special highlight was the "deception" – a bookcase with a secret door leading to the bedroom, where a Versace bed worth about 30 thousand euros stood.
As it became known, the artist is now hastily getting rid of the luxurious property, which he had recently considered giving to his children – son Martin and daughter Alla-Victoria. The corresponding announcement can already be found on a specialized real estate sale website. Kirkorov plans to sell the 210 square meter apartment for 240 million rubles, which will be invested in his new concert show. As for the heirs, the artist is unlikely to offend his blood relatives. Five years ago, the musician bought a luxurious penthouse of 537 square meters in the same Filippovsky Lane, where renovations are currently in full swing.
"Yes, I spent a lot of money on my show, but I have no producers. I'm not used to standing with my hand out and I am proud that I can afford to do the show on my own," the artist explained his unexpected decision.
But promoters are confident that Filipp Bedrosovich is doing the right thing. Here’s how the situation was commented on by the well-known producer Sergey Lavrov: "As far as I know, both the distributors have earned well, and Filipp: if rumors are to be believed, he received 50 million rubles for this performance. The tour continues, and everywhere there are sold-out shows."
