Aleksey Batalov's eldest daughter explained the situation regarding her famous father's inheritance for the first time. Nadezhda Batalova honestly spoke about the star family and her relationship with her younger sister Maria Batalova.
Nadezhda Batalova stated that there have never been any conflicts, as rumored by gossipers, in their large family. "I have never been that poor relative who sits and waits for something. Dad was very happy that I realized myself," Nadezhda Batalova said on the air of Channel One.
As is known, Batalov left all his inheritance to his second family - his wife Gitana Leontenko and his terminally ill daughter Masha. The Soviet actor was a wealthy man.
Guests in the studio of "Let Them Talk" asked Nadezhda why her father deprived her of the inheritance. To which she replied: "How do you imagine the conversation: 'Dad, when you die, leave me the car?' I can't do that."
Batalova also shared that she saw her father's gradual decline. This caused her a lot of suffering and distress. One day, Nadezhda visited the actor at VGIK and entered his office. Her father was sitting sadly and shared that he had just discussed something with some woman, but he completely forgot her name.
"When signing the will, Dad was already seriously ill. And I never brought up the topic of wills, even when I saw that he was starting to lose his memory. He was afraid that Masha would have problems. He wanted her to live in an apartment in the center, to have money and a caregiver. He earned all of this for her," Nadezhda said.
She emphasized that her sister Masha is not alone. "Of course, I will be there for Masha, I will look after her. I don't see any dangers from the people surrounding her right now," Nadezhda stated.
It should be noted that Maria, who suffers from cerebral palsy, received an inheritance of 500 million rubles. This includes residential properties, offices, and funds in accounts. "We will install cameras in the apartment, come up with a plan for how to manage everything. The more property there is, the harder it is to keep track of it all," the actor's eldest daughter clarified.
