Fitness trainer Tim Liu shared with men how to look younger after 40. This was reported by Men Today.
An expert stated that physical activity helps maintain muscle mass, strengthen the heart, and protect telomeres — the ends of chromosomes responsible for cellular health. Research confirms that regular exercise reduces the likelihood of heart attacks by 39 percent and cancer by 47 percent.
Liu recommended eight exercises for comprehensive training: goblet squats (8–10 repetitions), Romanian deadlifts (10), dumbbell bench press (10), bent-over rows (10–12), neutral grip pull-ups (8–10), lunges (12 per leg), and rollouts (10). He advised combining strength and aerobic training for maximum effect.
