Cardiologist: a temperature from +16°C to +20°C is most comfortable for sleep.

Cardiologist Valeria Bonadykova named the most comfortable temperature for sleep.

"In sleep hygiene recommendations, the range of +16–20 °C is often mentioned as more comfortable for nighttime sleep," Bonadykova noted. She added that if the bedroom is too hot, sleep becomes shallow, which can prevent a person from feeling refreshed in the morning.

The doctor also noted that using gadgets late in the evening can negatively affect the depth of sleep. According to her, this happens because the blue light from laptop and smartphone screens interferes with the production of the hormone melatonin.
