Margarita Gavrilova, the lawyer for the Timma family, reported that the chief inspector of the 1st department of the Criminal Police Bureau of the Northern Police Department of Riga is actively investigating the causes and circumstances of Janis Timma's death.
The lawyer received a request to provide the information she has, which Margarita is ready to pass on to the Latvian law enforcement agencies, writes tv3.lv.
“I will gladly send to Latvia everything I have about the causes and circumstances of Janis Timma's death! Including the response from American notary Alyona Grin! It should be noted the objective perception of information by Latvian law enforcement agencies: there were no complaints about the physical causes of Janis's death; the opinion of Russian experts and investigators was fully supported!”
The lawyer is confident that if it weren't for the psychological games and promiscuity of Anna Sedokova, Janis would have lived his life, even without Anna by his side.
“The broken feelings, complete financial ruin led to what he did! And, in my opinion, the responsibility for this death lies on the shoulders of Anna Sedokova, whose inappropriate behavior, misleading, and abuse of Timma's boundless trust brought him to the brink of collapse! Everyone must be held accountable for their actions and deeds! Therefore, my colleagues and I are moving forward as quickly and productively as possible,” Margarita stated.
The lawyer believes that Anna was unfortunate in that she is an ordinary person who sympathizes with the Timma family. She supports the idea of legal revenge and has no intention of stopping.
Let us remind you that in Russia, the court process has also moved forward, and the first court hearing regarding the possible inheritance will take place in March.
