Grigory Leps (63) is urgently getting rid of his luxurious mansion in New Riga. According to reports, the singer has abandoned plans to start a new family and now considers the house too large for one person.
According to an employee of the agency through which the artist is trying to sell the unnecessary property, Diana Dostovalova, Leps had already sought the services of realtors in May of last year. At that time, the main house and a guest house with a recording studio on a plot of 40 acres were offered for sale for 1.5 billion rubles. Now only the main house on a plot of 20 acres is being sold for 550 million rubles (about 6 million euros).
The mansion, built in Thai style, has an area of 1,800 square meters. It includes seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, several dressing rooms, an office, a spa area with a pool and sauna, a winter garden, and a library. The house is adjacent to a garage for several cars. "The house is unconventional. It’s kind of unique on one side. On the other — very cool and in a luxurious location. It’s 8 kilometers from New Riga, in a quiet village. I think this is a very sellable property, just like Steven Seagal's house, which is for sale in Rublevka for 700 million rubles," noted Dostovalova in a comment.
The performer himself does not comment on his personal life or upcoming real estate transactions. However, in a recent conversation with journalists, the flamboyant singer stated that he is not currently looking for new relationships. Moreover, he spoke disparagingly about the female gender, admitting that no girl at the moment deserves his attention and gifts, even on March 8.
