Andrew has always denied the allegations but paid millions in a settlement.
Workers are installing Sky TV and a new security fence around an abandoned farm, which is believed to become the next home of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. Marsh Farm on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk is undergoing renovations ahead of the former duke's arrival, who is preparing to leave Royal Lodge before his 66th birthday next month. Sky engineers were spotted on ladders at the brick building in Wolferton, just two miles west of the monarch's Sandringham House, the Daily Mail reports.

A six-foot wooden barricade has been erected around the perimeter of the site, replacing the flimsy wire fence that previously provided a good view from the road.
Workers were seen on video using a JCB excavator to install security lighting on the walls, while a local security firm's van was parked on the gravel driveway.
Throughout the week, a team of at least six people has been working in the cold and rain.
It is believed that all these changes have been made in anticipation of Andrew moving into the house after he returned the lease of Royal Lodge in October, where moving trucks were spotted this morning.
At the end of this month, he will first move into temporary, smaller accommodation on the King’s Norfolk estate.
A friend of Andrew told The Sun: "He has finally decided that he needs to move on, so he is leaving earlier than planned and will start anew by the end of the month, or at least by his birthday in February. He and Sarah will go their separate ways for the first time in nearly 20 years."
Fergie has been living with her disgraced ex-husband in the Grade II listed mansion since 2008, despite having divorced him in 1996.
The former duchess, who once told the Daily Mail: "We are the happiest divorced couple in the world. We are divorced to each other, not from each other."
Reports indicate that she is continuing her search for new accommodation and is said to be considering purchasing a "granny annex" in the Cotswolds near Princess Beatrice or moving to Portugal with Princess Eugenie.
Andrew was forced to leave Royal Lodge and step back from public life due to the growing scandal surrounding his relationship with the late pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's victims, claimed that she was coerced into sex with Andrew three times when she was 17.
Andrew has always denied the allegations but paid millions in a settlement to Ms. Giuffre, who passed away last April.
Last year, emails emerged showing that Andrew maintained a relationship with Epstein longer than he admitted, and that the then-prince met with Ms. Giuffre despite his claims to the contrary.
Under pressure from his brother, King Charles, Andrew renounced his titles, and in November he was stripped of his status as prince.
