The artist's work is classified by some researchers and critics as "intellectual rap."
Rapper Oxxxymiron (real name — Miron Fyodorov) dedicated his new album "Nationality: None" to his rumored beloved, 27-year-old model Natalia Yeshchenko. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Anti-glamour" citing an investigative article from The Flow.
In the track "Adventures," the 40-year-old rapper mentions his "ideological accomplice." In the song, he shares rare details about their relationship: "My second pilot is Kendall (Kendall Jenner), but without plastic surgery / The neck of a statue, neoclassicism / The third year — a rare specimen of loyalty / I am both in the crosshairs and under the palm with her."
Another reference to Yeshchenko is found in the composition "Lost & Found." In the lines "I wrap a Martian under the collarbone in a blanket," Oxxxymiron mentions a tattoo that his chosen one bears. Finally, in the track "Song of Songs," the musician literally spells out Natalia's name: "En A T E A."
Rumors about Oxxxymiron's secret romance first surfaced in 2022 — after the release of the track "UFO," dedicated to some alien girl with "eyes across half her face." Fans quickly noticed the model with a telling tattoo in the rapper's few subscriptions. Later, Natalia indirectly confirmed the speculation by reposting a link to the track and accompanying it with emojis of two aliens connected by a plus sign.
Notably, in 2024, Yeshchenko published a photo with a ring featuring a hefty diamond on her ring finger. At that time, the musician's fans believed he had proposed to his beloved and began inquiring with Natalia if this was true. She, in turn, did not reveal any details and simply closed her social media accounts.
Little is known about Natalia Yeshchenko's professional activities. According to the publication MSK1.ru, the girl is originally from Saratov, studied at acting courses, and performed in theater. In 2018, she represented the city at the "Beauty of Russia" contest, where she received the title of "Miss Perfection." Additionally, over the years, she has appeared in advertisements and music videos, and in 2023, she participated in one of Oxxxymiron's projects as a puppet animator.
Oxxxymiron (real name — Miron Yanovich Fyodorov; born January 31, 1985, Leningrad, USSR) is a Russian rapper, songwriter, and civic activist. He is one of the most commercially successful rap artists in Russia. His albums "Eternal Jew" (2011) and "Gorod" (2015) made a significant contribution to the history of Russian rap. The artist's work is classified by some researchers and critics as "intellectual rap." He is one of the leading figures in the Russian rap battle scene.
In 2006, he was diagnosed with "bipolar disorder" and was expelled from university for this reason, but he enrolled again. In June 2008, he graduated from Balliol College, Oxford, with a degree in "medieval English literature."
After studying at Oxford, Miron moved to live in the East End and began searching for work. Due to "excessive qualifications," he was unable to find a job in his field. According to the rapper, he "worked as a cashier, translator, loader, guide, kiosk worker, tutor, emcee, office plankton, and consultant with a hoof." A new circle of acquaintances, consisting of Russian-speaking emigrants, prompted Miron to return to hip-hop. He began making music under the pseudonym "Oxxxymiron," which emerged as a combination of his name with the literary term "oxymoron" and the tripled "X," referring to the large amount of profanity in his songs.
Since 2013, he has lived in St. Petersburg. After February 24, 2022, he left Russia; however, in September of the same year, he returned to St. Petersburg to shoot a music video. In January 2023, the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined the musician 70,000 rubles for inciting separatism, which was seen in the music video for the song "Oida," which was posted on the artist's page on the social network VKontakte. The phrase "Ingria will be free" was spoken in the song. On May 9, 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia announced a wanted notice for the rapper.
