To safely recover after the New Year's feast, one should follow the principle of 'gentle nutrition.' This was stated by candidate of medical sciences Oleg Morunov.
The doctor recommended first restoring the water balance: drink clean warm water in small sips. After the holidays, it is also advisable to exclude fatty, spicy, and smoked foods.
Morunov advised including moderate physical exercises, such as walks in the fresh air and light workouts.
