Doctor Malysheva called drinking coffee with plant-based milk illiteracy.
Doctor Elena Malysheva called one action related to coffee illiterate. Malysheva criticized people who drink coffee only with plant-based milk. She reminded that it contains more calories than cow's milk. The doctor also added that sugar is added to alternative milk drinks for flavor.
“When girls, you know, [say] young: 'I only want plant-based (...) only with coconut, only with almond or only with oat.' This is basically illiteracy because this is a calorie-dense product,” concluded the doctor.
