Anna Sedokova was spotted with a new man in public for the first time since the death of her ex-husband Janis Timma. The basketball player was found dead at the end of last year.
The singer has been making frequent public appearances lately: just days ago, she attended a closed restaurant award ceremony, where journalists noticed her with an unknown man. Anna was hugging her companion from behind and whispering something to him during Alsou's live performance. At the same time, when one of the guests tried to take a photo of them, Sedokova snatched the device from his hands.
It is reported that Sedokova's new partner is named Andrey Gavrilenko. He is 37 years old and hails from St. Petersburg. He graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in political science. After university, Gavrilenko moved to Moscow and later lived in three cities — St. Petersburg, Moscow, and London. Currently, Andrey works as the first deputy director of the Innosocium Foundation — a social platform of the Roscongress Foundation that supports creative and educational projects. Previously, he also headed the foundation for the development of sports and sports tourism, Ladoga Trophy Raid. In his free time, Gavrilenko enjoys riding buggies, wakeboarding, and biathlon.

Later, Andrey confessed to Super magazine that he and Anna have known each other for a long time and maintain a "warm friendship." He considers her a talented and bright person with whom "it is always interesting to talk and share thoughts." Meanwhile, Gavrilenko denies any romantic connection with the singer.
"I have great respect for Anna. With our schedules, we don't have much time to communicate, and social events are always a good reason. I understand that there is a great public interest in Anna, and any joint photograph sparks a lot of discussion. But I want to emphasize: there is no romantic relationship between us. We just communicate well, and I ask not to look for hidden meanings in this," Andrey stated.
Previously, 42-year-old Anna Sedokova revealed that two girls from television caught her after work and began asking questions about a criminal case opened against her. According to Sedokova, they behaved rudely and filmed her on camera. She emphasized that she does not speak about the tragedy because she wants to preserve the memory of the person and does not wish to disclose details that may hurt others.
Anna Sedokova and Latvian basketball player Janis Timma got married in 2020 but divorced in December last year. A week after the singer's birthday, the athlete took his own life. Immediately after this, the singer faced a wave of hate: many blamed her for the tragedy and claimed that she ruined Janis's career and deprived him of money. Sedokova alleged that Timma blackmailed her and threatened suicide. Meanwhile, the relatives and friends of the basketball player do not believe the singer and still consider her complicit. Anna herself is now appearing in public more frequently and releasing new songs about the late Janis.
At the same time, an investigation against Anna Sedokova has begun in Latvia. Janis's relatives have filed two lawsuits against her. Additionally, they want to contest the marriage contract under which all of the deceased basketball player's property was transferred to Sedokova. The basketball player's family also wants to prove the psychological influence of the singer on him. Anna herself refrains from commenting.
