The loving couple secluded themselves in a secret little room.
Six months ago, Dmitry Dibrov put his mansion up for sale, where he was happy with his wife Polina. The showman decided to part with the house after his wife left him for billionaire Roman Tovstik. He claimed that the pain of loss was so strong that he no longer wanted to live in that place.
For the two-story mansion with an area of 499 square meters in the elite village of "Uspenskie Polyany" (the village of Lapino), the TV presenter asked for a substantial sum – 570 million rubles. However, there were no takers willing to pay that much for the house. As a result, the showman was forced to reduce the price by 75 million rubles.
Now the mansion is for sale for 495 million rubles (about 5,000,000 euros).

Realtors do not hide who the owner of the villa is. The advertisement on the real estate sales website explicitly states that this is Dmitry Dibrov's house. Apparently, the TV presenter hopes that his star name will attract potential buyers more quickly.
Dmitry built the villa 17 years ago and named it after his wife – "Villa Paulina." Together with the extensions, the mansion occupies an area of over 1200 square meters. It has eight rooms, three kitchens, dressing rooms, a sauna, a swimming pool, a barbecue terrace, an attic, and basement floors. The interior has an expensive designer renovation: Polina mentioned that she personally oversaw the interior finishing.
One of the main intrigues for a long time remained the secret room for intimate pleasures, which supposedly exists in the TV presenter's house. Dibrov has repeatedly stated that he and his wife occasionally needed to let off steam. For this, the couple allegedly secluded themselves in a secret room equipped with everything necessary, like in the sensational novel "Fifty Shades of Grey."
Journalists wondered: is the showman selling the house along with his secret corner? Only recently did Dibrov's ex-wife reveal the intrigue. According to her, nothing like that existed in their home.
"We don't have red rooms. I accepted him as he is. If I had felt that this was damaging to me, my reputation, I would have told him about it. Well, if he wants to be such a hero-lover, well, thank God," Polina Dibrova said in an interview with Laura Djugelia.
