Until December 30, the exhibition 'Bilderingshof–Bilderlini–Bulduri' is taking place in the Bulduri exhibition hall, dedicated to studying the history of the Bulduri district – this is the beginning of creating a permanent exhibition. The Jurmala Museum Bureau invites the residents of Jurmala to participate in the creation of a new exhibition by sharing their memories of Bulduri.

The names mentioned in the exhibition 'Bilderingshof' and 'Bilderlini' are just two of many ancient names of modern Bulduri, derived from the German surnames of landowners. The current name Bulduri was introduced in 1920 when the city council decided to 'adhere to the original, truly Latvian names of the districts of Jurmala in Riga' when naming the quarters. On the lands of the Bulduri estate, not only the current Bulduri quarter was formed, but also the quarters of Lielupe, Stirnurgas, and Dzintari, which were once also called Bulduri.

The exhibition presented in the Bulduri exhibition hall introduces both well-known and previously unknown events, facts, and images of Bulduri that were recently discovered by museum staff as a result of research. The authors of the exhibition do not claim to provide a comprehensive historical description, as this exhibition is merely the beginning of further research on Bulduri with the aim of creating a permanent exhibition in more spacious facilities. There is still insufficient information, and many uncertainties and mysteries remain that have not yet been fully deciphered.

The Jurmala Museum invites the residents of Bulduri, the residents of Jurmala, and all interested parties to participate in the creation of an exhibition dedicated to Bulduri by sharing their memories, information, and historical items.
