But one day, the heroine finds herself in a difficult situation: Svetlana's husband owes money to the Finnish mafia, and he is kidnapped. Now the official will have to break the law herself to save her loved one.

This dark crime project was entirely shot by Flyuza Farhshatova, who previously directed the second part of the "What Men Talk About" franchise and the series "Ask Marta." But now viewers can expect a brutal thriller about moral choice.

In the mid-19th century, pirate Sandokan from Borneo meets Marianna, who changes his outlook on life. This girl is the stubborn daughter of a British consul. Ultimately, Sandokan realizes that he has a serious mission in the world, and Marianna will understand the value of freedom.

The series is based on a cycle of books by Emilio Salgari, written over a century ago. The stories have been adapted for the screen multiple times. The role of Sandokan is played by Turkish actor Can Yaman, known for "Early Bird."

In the mid-19th century, Irishwoman Fiona Nolan living in Oregon adopts four children, as she is unable to bear her own. But soon she faces corrupt authorities who want to take her land. Fiona and the other residents will have to fight for their homes on their own.

Creator of "Sons of Anarchy" Kurt Sutter decided to turn to the western genre. The drama somewhat resembles "Forgotten by God," as it focuses on women fighting for their well-being and freedom. What is most appealing is that the leading roles are played by "Game of Thrones" star Lena Headey and beloved Gillian Anderson.

4. Spartacus: House of Ashur

USA, 2025.

Action, drama.

Directors: Rick Jacobson, Robin Grace.

Starring: Cameron Rhodes, Daniel Bos, Jordan Selwyn, Eden Hart, George Burgess, Nick E. Tarabay.

The action unfolds six months after the events of "The Curse of the Damned." For his assistance in suppressing the uprising, former slave Ashur receives his own gladiator school. He devises a new kind of brutal entertainment.

In the finale of the original series, Ashur dies, but the creators offer an alternative version of events. Moreover, the main author is again Steven S. DeKnight — the creator of "Spartacus," and Ashur will be played by the same Nick E. Tarabay.

The BBC is launching another spin-off of the famous "Doctor Who": previously, "Torchwood," "The Sarah Jane Adventures," and the less successful "Class" were produced. Now the action will turn into a sci-fi action movie, and viewers will once again meet the organization "UNIT," which was once led by the Brigadier. The new series is overseen by one of the most famous showrunners of "Doctor Who," Russell T. Davies.

The plot continues the story of "Man vs. Bee," but is positioned as a separate series. Rowan Atkinson reprises his role, where his character constantly finds himself in ridiculous situations, often due to his own fault.

7. Copenhagen Test

USA, 2025.

Sci-fi, fantasy, action.

Directors: Kevin Tancharoen, Jet Wilkinson.

Starring: Simu Liu, Melissa Barrera, Sinclair Daniel, Brian D'Arcy James, Mark O'Brien.
