How to Make Homemade Cottage Cheese Ice Cream: Simple and Delicious!

Despite the simplicity of preparation, this dessert turns out to be very tasty and healthy.

 

To prepare cottage cheese ice cream, you will need:

300 grams of cottage cheese;
200 grams of condensed milk;
50 grams of milk.

You can optionally add raisins, chocolate pieces, fruits, berries, or coconut flakes.

It is recommended to use homemade cottage cheese, but store-bought products of any fat content will also work.

Place the cottage cheese in a suitable mixing bowl and thoroughly blend it using a blender. If you don’t have a blender, you can pass the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Add regular and condensed milk to the cottage cheese mixture, then blend the resulting ice cream base again with an immersion blender.

At this stage, you can add any ingredients such as vanilla or fruit puree.

After that, gently mix the sweet mixture with a spatula, using up-and-down motions to avoid disrupting its consistency.

Fill the ice cream molds or transfer the mixture to a plastic container and smooth the surface with a spatula.

The cottage cheese ice cream will need 5 hours to freeze, after which you can enjoy this delicate dessert.
