INGREDIENTS
400 g of cottage cheese with 9% fat
4 tbsp of sour cream with 20–25% fat
3 tbsp of condensed milk
seasonal berries and fruits (strawberries, blueberries, pears)
lemon juice for serving
powdered sugar for serving
STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream and thoroughly blend with an immersion blender until there are no lumps left in the cottage cheese.
Step 2
While continuing to blend, pour in the condensed milk. You should get a smooth cream. Divide the cream into bowls or dessert cups.
Step 3
Cut the fruits and large berries into beautiful slices, drizzle with lemon juice, and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. Place on top of the cottage cheese cream and serve immediately.
