Ingredients:
Flour - 280 g
Butter - 180 g
Cocoa - 60 g
Sugar - 80-100 g
Salt - a pinch
For the filling:
Cottage cheese - 350 g
Sugar - 70-100 g
Vanilla sugar - 20 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sour cream - 70 g
Corn starch - 20-40 g (if the filling is liquid, add more; if it is thick enough, add less)
Preparation:
1. For the filling, thoroughly blend all ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.
2. Sift the flour and cocoa, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Grate the chilled butter, then rub it with your hands into fine crumbs.
3. Prepare a mold with a diameter of 22 cm.
4. Place 2/3 of the crumbs in the mold, forming the bottom and sides. Spread the cottage cheese mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
5. Allow the pie to cool completely at room temperature, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
