In the last weekend of February, visitors to the Riga Zoo will be able to participate for free in a specially designed tour "Tropical Tricks."
Accompanied by a guide, they will be able to uncover the secrets of camouflage of various tropical and not-so-tropical inhabitants of the zoo, learn who pretends to be whom, how many eyes tigers have, and why they cover themselves with algae. Participants will also have the opportunity to get to know one of the zoo's residents more closely than usual.
Tour times: February 28 and March 1 at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00.
Duration of the tour: 1 hour
Group size: up to 15 people
Advance booking for participation in the tour is not required.
