Best Avocado Breakfasts

Eggs in Avocado

Ingredients:

Chicken eggs — 2 pcs.
Avocado — 1 pc.
Salt and pepper — to taste

Preparation method:

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out 1 teaspoon of flesh from each half. Crack 1 egg into each half, season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Chicken eggs can be replaced with quail eggs (in this case, four will be needed). The dish can be complemented with grated cheese. If you like the combination of egg and avocado, serve them on whole grain bread. To do this, mash the avocado with a fork until it becomes a paste, add salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then top with a fried egg or slices of boiled egg — your choice. The dish can be garnished with herbs and tomatoes.

Eggs with Bacon Baked in Avocado

Ingredients:

Avocado — 2 pcs.
Eggs — 4 pcs.
Bacon or smoked salmon — 4 slices
Salt, pepper — to taste

Preparation method:

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.

Place a piece of bacon or salmon in the hollowed-out sections, then crack the eggs on top.

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

Avocado — 1 pc.
Tomatoes — 2 pcs.
Cucumber — 2 pcs.
Lemon — half
Cilantro — a few sprigs
Onion — optional
Salt, pepper — to taste
Vegetable oil

Preparation method:

Cut the avocado and vegetables into small cubes. Place in a bowl, add cilantro and onion if desired. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with vegetable oil.

Oatmeal with Avocado

Avocado — 1 pc.
Oat flakes — 150 g
Onion — 1 pc.
Garlic — 1 clove
Salt, pepper — to taste
Vegetable oil
Grated Parmesan

Preparation method:

Finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté in a small amount of vegetable oil. Soak the oat flakes in boiling water. When they are ready, add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and serve with sliced avocado.
