How to Make Pumpkin Chips: A Healthy and Delicious Recipe

This simple and appetizing dish will delight all lovers of crunchy snacks. Our chips will not only be tasty but also healthy, as pumpkin is a true champion in beta-carotene content — a powerful antioxidant and immune stimulant. Moreover, pumpkin plays an important role in restoring and maintaining sexual function and fertility in men. Additionally, it has anti-inflammatory properties and positively affects the cardiovascular system. Who still doubts what to treat their favorite men with?

 

Ingredients

500 g peeled pumpkin
500 g sugar
1 lemon (about 100 g)
Salt, paprika, nutmeg
Sunflower oil for spraying the chips

Preparation:

Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds, and cut it into slices no thicker than 2 mm. Mix salt with your favorite spices, dip each pumpkin slice into the mixture, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Make sure the parchment is of good quality so there is no need to grease it with oil. The pumpkin slices should not touch each other.

Spray the slices with vegetable oil. Dry in the oven for about half an hour, watching to ensure they do not burn. The finished chips should be dry and crispy.

If you want, you can skip the salt and just use spices — this way the chips will be even more “healthy.” Enjoy your meal!
