The State Police is searching for the missing Edgar Melnis, born in 2009, who left an address on Ikshkil Street in Riga on March 25 of this year around 16:00 and has not returned home since, nor has he been able to be contacted.
He is presumed to be in the Kengarags neighborhood.
Description: height 185 cm, slender build, light brown hair. He was wearing black trousers, a black jacket, a black sweater, and a black hat.
The State Police urges everyone to look at the photographs of the teenager and to respond if they know his possible whereabouts by calling 112.
