On the night of Sunday, an Audi car was left on the railway tracks on Darza Street in Madona. One of the witnesses managed to capture the vehicle in the morning, which had not yet been removed from the railway track.
The State Police explained to the program Degpunktā (TV3) that the alleged culprits are two young people aged 20 and 19. Neither of them has a driver's license.
"There were two young people at the scene who were in a state of intoxication. Who was driving the vehicle will be determined during the criminal proceedings," noted State Police representative Zane Vaskane.
