Certificates for 9th Grade Exams Now Available 0 12

Officially, certificates for centralized exams for basic school, taken both in the main and additional periods, will be available from 9:00 AM on Friday, June 26.

Students will be able to view their exam results and certificates on the portal "eksameni.gov.lv" by logging in with their "E-klase" or "Mykoob" credentials. The documents will be available on the website for six months from the date of publication.

Adult students, as well as parents of minor students, will be able to view the results of the centralized exams through the electronic service "Mani dati izglītības reģistros" ("My Data in Education Registers") on the portal "Latvija.lv". Certificates can be obtained through the electronic service "Izglītību apliecinošo dokumentu apskate un saņemšana" ("Viewing and Receiving Education Documents"). These options will also be available to students from institutions that do not use the electronic journals "E-klase" or "Mykoob".

In certain cases, educational institutions will be able to extract certificates from the State Information System of Exams and send them to students.

GARO reminds that certificates for centralized exams are valid only in the form of an electronic document certified with a qualified electronic seal of the agency. There is no need to print them. Additionally, there is no need to obtain certificates immediately after publication, as their submission is not required for admission to Latvian secondary and higher education institutions. Exam results will be available to educational institutions in the State Information System of Education.

The issuance of secondary education certificates is planned to begin on July 3.
